Her career spans over 20 years with Marriott International as a senior leader in Operations and Human Resources.

As a consultant, Theresa has worked with organizations including: United Space Alliance, Microsoft, Host Services, Silicker, Ginn Company, Orlando Travel and Tourism Industry, McDonalds Corporation, Appleton Creative, Archer Daniels Midland, Marriott Vacation Club, ExecuStay, Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne, and the University of Central Florida.
