After working 20 years as a senior leader in Operations and Human Resources at Marriott International, Theresa started StrategizeIt Consulting to share her knowledge with a wide range of businesses in need of revitalization.

Theresa received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with an emphasis on Organizational Development and Leadership. She is also certified in Argos 360, Profilor, DISC, Myers-Briggs, Gallup StrengthsFinder, Devine Inventory and CRI. Theresa strongly believes in the “Strengths of Human Capital” and uses her skills as a certified StrengthsFinder coach to assess the strengths and weaknesses of an organization in order to custom design a program that utilizes these strengths for the greatest benefit.


Joann Gandhi is a passionate and results oriented business partner known for her excellence in maximizing client’s results.  Joann’s 25+ years of experience in the business world – from owning her own business to working operations for corporate America – has given her extensive knowledge on generating revenue, sales, coaching, team building, implementing and facilitating training programs, and leadership development.  Joann clearly understands the compound makeup of an organization and is able to identify any area that needs improvement and the action items needed to move forward.  Her ability to manage projects and give attention to the details and processes needed for success insures results are achieved.

Joann holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, with an emphasis on Marketing and a minor in German.  Joann is a Gallup’s Strengths Certified Coach.


A strategic, big-picture thinker, Greg Granillo is an award-winning copywriter and creative director with more than 15 years’ experience creating everything from branding and positioning to direct mail, websites and videos. A seasoned copywriter, Greg is passionate about the well-crafted word and uses research, a thorough understanding of the client’s situation and collaboration to develop compelling content that not only touches the reader’s emotions, but also effectively delivers the appropriate message.

Greg earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in journalism from the University of Arizona and has worked with a range of nationally recognized and local clients including Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt, Honor Health, CIGNA HealthCare, Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, Royal Palms Resort & Spa,, The Phoenician Resort and more. He has also done work for charitable organizations such as Chandler Compadres, Southern Highlands Charitable Foundation, Home of Miracles and The Arizona Kidney Foundation.
